Plot
Icicle Creek Lodge in Alberta, Canada has been having accidents and explosions lately! People think the mysterious white wolf that is showing up is a sign of bad luck. Chantal Moique, the owner of the lodge, has been recommened by Bess and Georges' aunt and uncle that Nancy investigate.

Ollie Randall
Ollie is the caretaker at the lodge. His ten year old daughter Freddie is the local snow princess.
Yanni Volkstaia
Yanni is the Olympic cross country skier from Fredonia who believes he is the best in the world. He is training at the lodge and believes his competitors are spying on him and trying to sabotage him.
Bill Kessler
Bill is a man who has come to the lodge for some ice fishing.
Lou Talbot
Lou is a student of some college in California majoring in art. He likes to create earthitecture - art out of dirt.
Guadalupe Comillo
Guadalupe is a birdwatcher who thinks the wolf should not be harmed, as Ollie is trying to kill it. If you're having trouble finding her, set your alarm clock to 11 AM, face the kitchen and turn around she'll be there.

Tino Balducci
Tino is the police detective Chantal recommend Nancy talk to during this case. Despite her dislike towards this idea due to her experiences with him in the past, Nancy can get advice from him as well.
Ned Nickerson
Ned is Nancy's boyfriend.
