The Hilihili is a very secretive horticultural research facility on the Big Island of Hawaii. In 2006, it is owned by Richard Aikens and operated by Dr. Malachi Craven.

Nancy investigates the Hilihili in 2006 in order to try and find out if their plants are what are causing the norsobeta oderata boom and the pineapple disappearance. They are not, but Nancy finds out they are secretly working with plant mutations.
